Veganuary is a month-long challenge that encourages people to go plant-based for the month of January, and in this episode, I chatted with the U.S. Director of Veganuary, Sandra Hungate, who now lives in Portland, OR, but who’s live all over the world, speaks four languages, and has been working in marketing for sustainable living and eating for most of her career.
