Angela Crawford, Ph.D., is passionate about the benefits of a compassionate vegan lifestyle for emotional, mental, and physical well-being, compassion for all sentient beings, and caring for the planet. She recently researched and wrote The Vegan Transformation: A Journey to Heal Yourself and the World, due to be published in 2025.

She became vegetarian over 17 years ago when a TV program awakened her regarding the harm to animals and humans caused by “meat production.” She continued to read and learn about the devastating impacts of animal agriculture on animals, human health, and the planet, leading her to adopt a fully vegan lifestyle in 2019 – and she now brings her psychology background to educate and empower others.

Dr. Crawford writes a blog, has a YouTube channel, and offers educational programs focused on thriving emotionally with a vegan lifestyle. She holds certifications in Plant-Based Nutrition (T. Colin Campbell Institute for Nutrition Studies at e-Cornell), as a Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator (https://mainstreetvegan.com/), and Transformational Coach. She has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and previously worked for 25 years as a psychotherapist.
