A longtime friend of the Vegan Posse, Dr. Jen Howk is an
author, researcher, and interdisciplinary social scientist. She earned her B.A. with honors from the University of Washington, and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Harvard University. Her work explores themes of health and well-being, broadly
considered. Her new book called Truth Be Told discusses the freedom that can be found by adopting a “radical truth” practice. She’s got a podcast about everything called “The Face of the Deep.” She offers individual one-on-one coaching as well as webinars and weekly Zoom calls through her membership group, The Collective Unconscious.
